In this hands-on cooking workshop we will make recipes that you can take to parties and gatherings, or make for friends and family at home. It will arm you with some options when a vegan comes to dinner or if you are headed to a party where some of the guests are vegetarian, allergic to eggs or dairy-free.

The recipes are our personal festive faves - simple, inexpensive and fast to prepare, but they will wow your guests - so delicious, even the meat eaters will love them.
​
We'll cook up some simple recipes, share some food together and you'll even receive an example meal plan & recipe booklet that proves plant-based can fit and stay in your lifestyle.

Enjoy the benefits of including more fruit, veggies, nuts, legumes and seeds into each day like increased energy, lower levels of inflammation, improved gut health, lower cholesterol and improved immunity.
