This hands-on cooking workshop aims to overcome some of the things that stop many of us from going, and staying plant based.

In this workshop you will learn that plant-based meals can be:

  • easy

  • quick to prepare

We'll cook up some simple recipes, suitable for a weekly food prep to get you started, share some food together and you'll even receive an example meal plan that proves plant-based can fit and stay in your lifestyle.
